Problem - B-side Pump will not pickup material
| SYMPTOM | CAUSE | SOLUTION |
|---|---|---|
| A-side RICH (gauge high or normal) | Loose fittings in-bound | If they are loose, they will pull in air tighten as needed |
| B-side LACKING (gauge low) | Transfer Pump failure | Verify that B Transfer Pump is properly operating |
| B-side Main Pump failure | Verify that it is holding pressure on the up and down stroke |
Problem – Restriction on B-side of system
| SYMPTOM | CAUSE | SOLUTION |

| A-side RICH (gauge low or normal) | Cross-over in B-side block | Disassemble and clean spray gun as needed |
| B-side LACKING (gauge high) | Kinked Hose or debris in the system from out-bound side of Heater to Gun | Check hose and clean filters as needed |
